Refund Policy

At Carson Construction, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our valued clients. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

General Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not accepted once work has commenced. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund is necessary. In such cases, refunds will be considered at the discretion of Carson Construction management and may be subject to a processing fee.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Cancellation by Carson Construction: If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.

  • Significant Service Delay: If there is a significant delay in the commencement or completion of the project due to reasons solely attributable to Carson Construction.

Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Customer Change of Mind: If the customer decides to cancel the service after work has commenced.

  • External Factors: Issues arising from external factors beyond the control of Carson Construction, such as weather conditions, site access restrictions, or third-party delays.

  • Partial Completion: If the work has been partially completed and the customer chooses to cancel the remaining services.

Refund Process

  • Request Submission: Customers must submit a refund request in writing to our office within 7 days of the occurrence of the eligible refund condition.

  • Review and Decision: Our management team will review the request and communicate the decision within 14 days.

  • Processing Fee: Approved refunds may be subject to a processing fee to cover administrative and operational costs.

Fee for Cancellation

In cases where a refund is granted, Carson Construction reserves the right to deduct a cancellation fee to cover the costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and any materials purchased specifically for the project.
